Olimme minä, mieheni ja poikamme sekä aikuinen tyttäremme miehensä ja kahden lapsensa kanssa. Aikaa meni mutta kannatti! Tänä kesänä menen mieheni kanssa kahden ja tarkoitus mennä Samarian rotko!

What a beautiful place! Very different from everything else we visited during our 3 week stay in Crete and, surprisingly, not busy at all. Very highly recommended!

Tip: If you don’t want to drive down the road then walk it to the beach (should be about 45min) and then walk the gorge UP back to the village. When we visited we were advised to walk down the gorge and then walk back up the road, which we found it was a bit strenuous doing it that way.
